I believe great learning doesn't happen by accident. It grows from thoughtful systems, empowered people, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
As Senior Director of Learning Design for Arizona State University's Learning Enterprise, I lead multidisciplinary teams responsible for instructional design, learning media, and learning innovation across Universal Learner Courses and Career & Professional Learning. Together, we create learner-centered educational experiences that reach hundreds of thousands of learners while building the operational systems that make high-quality learning possible at scale.
The questions that motivate me are rarely just about courses—they're about people. How do we help instructional teams do their best work? How do we use data to make better decisions? How do we thoughtfully incorporate emerging technologies while keeping humans at the center? And how do we build learning experiences that are accessible, engaging, and sustainable?
I hold a Master of Science in Global Technology and Development from Arizona State University and a graduate certificate in Educational Technology with a focus on Adult Learning from Northern Arizona University. I'm passionate about expanding access to education and creating environments where both learners and the people who support them can thrive.
When I'm not thinking about learning systems, you'll usually find me dancing, exploring new ideas, or looking for the next interesting problem to solve.
I'd love to connect.
Whether you'd like to talk about learning design, analytics, AI, higher education, or simply exchange ideas about the future of learning, feel free to reach out.
